🔧 Open Positions & Job Details

1️⃣ Civil Engineer

You’ll be directly involved in execution on site, working closely with project teams to ensure work is completed as per drawings, specifications, and schedules.

Key Responsibilities:

• Site execution and supervision of road construction works
• Coordination with subcontractors and consultants
• Monitoring quality, progress, and safety compliance
• Preparing reports and supporting project documentation

2️⃣ Planning Engineer

This role is for someone who enjoys structure, timelines, and control.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and update project schedules and work programs
• Track progress and analyze delays
• Coordinate planning data with site and management teams
• Prepare progress reports and forecasts

Strong Primavera or similar planning tool experience is expected.

3️⃣ QA/QC Engineer

Quality matters — and this role ensures standards are met, always.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement QA/QC plans and procedures
• Conduct inspections and audits on site
• Ensure materials and workmanship meet project specifications
• Coordinate with consultants and project teams on quality issues

4️⃣ Quantity Surveyor (Commercial)

A role for professionals who understand cost control and commercial management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare BOQs, measurements, and valuations
• Handle variations, claims, and cost analysis
• Support contract administration and project billing
• Coordinate with finance and project teams

5️⃣ HSE Advisor

• Implement HSE policies and procedures
• Conduct site inspections, audits, and risk assessments

Our client in Oman is looking for a Sales & Marketing Executive who brings energy, structure, and curiosity to the role. Someone who can confidently handle customers, support sales teams, and contribute to marketing efforts that actually make an impact.

🔹 What You’ll Be Doing

In this role, you’ll support both sales operations and marketing initiatives, working closely with internal teams and external customers.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Managing customer communication, including enquiries, quotations, and sales-related documentation
• Supporting regional and international sales strategies and keeping sales pipelines organized and up to date
• Conducting market research and preparing clear, actionable market intelligence reports
• Assisting with marketing activities, including digital content, brochures, presentations, and event coordination
• Working closely with production, logistics, finance, and quality teams to ensure smooth order fulfilment
• Maintaining sales reports, customer databases, contracts, and CRM records

Some days will be customer-facing.
Other days will be more analytical or coordination-heavy — but no two days will feel the same.

🔹 What We’re Looking For

We’re looking for someone who understands both the commercial side and the bigger market picture.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA is a plus)
• 2–5 years of experience in Sales and/or Marketing
  (B2B, Manufacturing, or Chemicals experience is strongly preferred)
• Good understanding of regional and international markets
• Exposure to chemical or raw material sectors is an added advantage
• Familiarity with international trade practices, Incoterms, CRM systems, MS Office, and digital marketing tools
• Strong communication, negotiation, coordination, and analytical skills

You should be comfortable talking to people, working with data, and connecting dots across departments.
