We are looking for dynamic individuals to join our team, if you feel you have the passion and zeal to work for a leading organization then this is your time:

1-Operations Manager – QSR Background – to be based in Saudi Arabia

2-Operations Manager – QSR Background – to be based in Kuwait

– Responsible for the overall Operations, Staff Development, Financial Performance, Reporting, Quality, Hygiene & Safety, compliance with local municipalities’ laws and Customer Service of our QSR chain of restaurants.

– KPIs include Food Cost, Staff Retention, Labor Cost, increasing footfall, and cultivating customer loyalty

– This is NOT an office job. You will be expected to work without daily supervision, understand and interpret P&Ls, be a team builder, and roll up your sleeves to show your managers how it is done.

– Experience working in Saudi Arabia or Kuwait (current or previous),

– Must have been responsible for multiple units or a region

– Arabic is a plus but not mandatory, must have a driver’s license (Kuwait or Saudi Arabia), willing to relocate if not currently based in above countries.
