“IT STAFF”

▪️Requirements:

• Installation & configuration of computer hardware operating systems and applications.

• Maintenance and monitoring of computer and all related peripherals.

• Hands-on with End-user Desktop, Printer, Scanner, OS, Drivers $ Applications

• Hands-on experience with Windows/Linux/Mac OS environments

• Diagnosing and solving hardware and software faults.

• Hands ON Experience on Networking Crimping Tools and techniques

• Serve as the first contact with customers who need technical assistance via the phone or email

• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

• Responding to call-outs in a timely fashion.

• Follow up with clients to ensure their IT System is fully functional after troubleshooting.

• Direct unresolved issues to the next level of support personnel

• Keep a record of problems and their resolution and follow up with customer

• Help create technical documentation and manuals

• Willingness to sometimes work unsociable hours and Can handle the work pressure
