We are looking for Compliance Officer for our Exchange Company located in Kuwait.

Below is the key requirements:

• Adequate knowledge of the banking system.

• Strong analytical and reasoning skills.

• Raising Non-conformity and stop non-compliance transactions

• Keep track on changes in Legal and Central Bank requirements and updating the same in compliance manual in timely manner and updating the staff accordingly.

• The AML Compliance Officer has to monitor the Anti-Fraud Compliance responsibilities.

• Providing training to staff / department to ensure their awareness on latest legal / Kuwait Central Bank requirements.

• Keep track of suspicious transaction and inform to legal /Kuwait CB authority as per their requirements.

• Conducting compliance audit as per plan and providing the reports in timely manner.

• Access to all Transactions, Systems, supporting

Documents, remittance and foreign exchange agreement

Graduate or Post graduate.

Preference for CAMS certified holder.

5 to 6 years as Compliance officer.

Language – Mandatory Fluent in English and Arabic

Visa – only 18 transferable, require immediate transfer.
