Customer Service assistant (Filipino)

Duties and Responsibilities;

• Provide assistance to customer, and ensure quality services.
• Greet customers warmly
• Interact with customers to know their requirements and needs.
• Organize & taking customer orders.
• Arranging shop displays and handling payments when necessary.
• Answering customer inquiries via phone or passing them on to the appropriate person.
• Request & replenish for low quantity stocks in display.
• Inform customer of deals and promotions
• Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed

Skills:

• Proven customer support experience
• has great initiative
• good team player

Requirements:

• Nationality: Filipino

• High school Diploma or Degree holder
