Speaking on the condition of anonymity, the sources explained that the government intends to request discussing citizens’ employment in both the public and private sectors and replacing expat employees with citizens in a bid to reduce unemployment rates – a process commonly known as jobs’ ‘Kuwaitization’. No driving licenses for expat students, nurses, Kuwait MOI KUWAIT: The interior ministry has banned the issuance of new driving licenses to expat students as well as nurses.
